MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. - Each year, the Mount Kisco Chamber hosts The Chamber Honors, celebrating three categories of honorees: Citizen of the Year, Business of the Year, and Organization of the Year.
Chamber members chose each honoree based on their contributions to the Mount Kisco community and those they serve. The honorees are highly esteemed by their peers for their many contributions to our community. We thank them and congratulate them.
Jane Marshall Pieragostini is the 2025 Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year. Jane hails from Mount Kisco and has been married to Charlie Pieragostini, a past Citizen of the Year, for 48 years. They have two children, Leigh-Ann (Keith) and Brian (Christine). They also have three beautiful grandchildren, Gianna, Vincent, and Eloise. Her parents, Eva and Jack Marshall also received the honor of Citizens of the Year.
Jane has devoted years to many different organizations in the Mount Kisco area. Her volunteerism has spanned groups such as the Emergency Shelter Partnership (ESP), the Parish Council of St. Francis of Assisi Church, the Interfaith Food Pantry, the Memorial Day committee, as well as a stellar, long-term member of the Chamber Board. Jane has recently been designated a Lifetime Member of the Board, acknowledging her years of volunteering. We congratulate Jane Pieragostini for being selected by members of the MKCC as the Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year 2025!
Minuteman Press Mount Kisco has been named the MKCC Business of the Year 2025. Steve proves to be community-minded through his advertising support in charitable organization journals and his active participation in the Mount Kisco Rotary, currently serving as the President, and our Chamber. Congratulations to Minuteman Press Mount Kisco as the Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year 2025!
The Mount Kisco Historical Society is being honored as the MKCC Organization of the Year. It is a local volunteer organization whose mission is to preserve the history and nature of Mount Kisco through curated artifacts, educational programs, and walking tours that share local historical information. As they state, "to open the community's eyes to Mount Kisco's exciting story."
The Historical Society has been amassing, cataloging, and strategically planning the archives that the historians have collected so that the public can better understand the creation of Mount Kisco from its inception to the present day. Mount Kisco is exceptionally fortunate to have so many documents preserved so that we may appreciate our past. We thank them for their past work and their continued dedication to the education and preservation of our history. Congratulations to the Mount Kisco Historical Society for being named the Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce Organization of the Year.
We are proud and grateful to the Chamber Honors honorees of 2025! We look forward to celebrating them at our Chamber Honors Dinner on May 15. We will also celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce and the Sesquicentennial of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco, marking 150 years since its incorporation!
