CARMEL, N.Y.—County Executive Kevin Byrne will present his proposed executive budget at a special meeting of the County Legislature on Wednesday, Oct. 1, at noon, at the Historic County Courthouse.
Residents and members of the media can visit putnamcountyny.gov/26budget to RVSP.
For those who cannot attend in person, the speech will be livestreamed on the county’s website.
