It is with deep love and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Ellen Lupo, who left this world too soon on September 6, 2025, at the age of 83.
Born on March 7, 1942, in NYC, Ellen was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend. To everyone who knew her, she was a source of light, love, and strength. She had the kindest, softest, sweetest soul—yet carried a spark and spirit that made her unforgettable.
Her warmth and generosity touched countless lives. Whether through her laughter, her words of encouragement, or simply her presence, she made everyone feel loved and special. She was the matriarch of her family and the heart of every gathering, teaching by example what it means to live with compassion, courage, and joy.
Ellen is survived by her children James, Paul, Laura and her son-in-law Kenneth; her grandchildren Kenneth, Marissa, and Francis; and her great-grandchildren Camila, Creed, and Bodie. She also leaves behind her beloved nieces and nephews, along with extended family and countless dear friends who were blessed to have shared in her life.
Though her time with us feels far too short, Ellen's love lives on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her legacy is one of kindness, laughter, and unwavering love.
Family and friends were invited to pay their respects at Community Funeral Home on Friday, September 12, 2025. A Funeral Mass was held at Annunciation Church on Saturday, September 13, 2025, to celebrate Ellen's life and legacy.
Rest in peace, our beautiful Ellen. You will be loved and remembered forever.
XOXO
