A new home, a new teammate, and a season of gratitude at Lize Lubbe Physical Therapy

Greeting from LLPT to all our readers. We hope that you are well and are getting ready for the upcoming holiday season. With the busiest time of the year creeping up, we wanted to keep you updated on new developments at LLPT.

As you may know by now, after 5 years in Cross River, we have relocated to Katonah (and close to Goldens Bridge) and made a new home at 190 Goldens Bridge Road (Suite 5). We are so grateful for your patience and unwavering loyalty during the transition. Your support and positive feedback have been very reassuring.

Prior to our relocation, we welcomed a new full-time team member, Cindy Diano DPT, LMT. Cindy is a graduate of University of Vermont’s physical therapy program and also has been a licensed massage therapist (LMT) since 2017 with certification in sports, deep tissue (including fascia release), medical, pre-natal and Swedish massages. This is a very welcome addition to the professional services we offer. Cindy will be available for professional massage sessions beginning Saturday, December 6^th and thereafter every other Saturday. Each massage session is one hour and the rate for this service is $140. Please contact Jasmine at 914-875-9430 to schedule a professional massage session with Cindy.

Our Keep Moving wellness sessions are continuing. Our Keep Moving classes for the Winter season are planned to be on Saturday afternoon for an hour each, and run for 10 weeks . If you are interested in joining, please call the office and Jasmine will help with enrollment and any questions you may have.
